Feature Brief Description
Taskbar Buttons Drag & Drop You can easily drag & drop your applications button in the taskbar to rearrange the order. Similarly you can also drag and drop the grouped buttons using this same technique.
Taskbar Buttons Groups Microsoft Windows® by default support auto grouping of the similar applications buttons. But now using this tool you can group any type of applications buttons. To group one or more buttons hold down the Control key and click those applications buttons in the taskbar. This way you can select multiple buttons. Now right click this group and choose the "Merge Group" option in the menu, and now these buttons will merged to a new grouped button. If you later want to split this group back, simply right click on that Group button and choose "Split Group" menu option.
Hide Application You can also hide the application. For this right click on the Taskbar button of that Application and click "Hide" menu option. To view the existing hidden windows, right click the TaskbarExt system tray icon and click "Hidden Windows..." menu option.
Minimize Application to System Tray To minimize any running application window to system tray, simply right click on the Taskbar button of that Application and click the "Minimize to Tray " menu option. To restore this application window, just double click its corresponding icon in the system tray area.
Always on Top If you want a particular Window to be always on top, then to do this right click on the Taskbar button of that Application and click "Always on Top " menu option. To undo this, repeat the same procedure and it will toggle the "Always on Top" status.
Make Windows Transparent To set the opacity of an Application window, right click on the Taskbar button of that Application and select the required transparency level from the Transparency menu.
Make Taskbar Transparent You can also control the transparency of your taskbar (so that you can see the desktop background image through it). To do this go to the TaskExt Preferences and select the transparency level from the Taskbar Appearance group box.
