Syed Ghulam Akbar built the "Jack Sparrow Magic Compass" app as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by me at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform this application users regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
My application doesn't collect or send any personal or identification data back to me. It however provides the location sharing feature, using which the location is shared with your selected contact via SMS. The location data is not routed via my website or no sent back to me. This is directly between you and your target recipient.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible in the App, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

For a better experience while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to users name, device log, etc. The information that I request is retained on your device and is not collected by me automatically in any way.

Location Sharing/Tracking
The application provide very basic location sharing and query feature, where you can share or request location from one of you contacts. This location sharing is only with consent, and location is only sent back to the requester after your approval. You have full control over all the location query/share activity and related permissions directly in the App
Important: As the location tracking is not allowed in some locale, so this is turned off by default. You and any location sharing recipient must turn this feature ON manually before you can share the locations. Before you use the location sharing feature , please make sure it's allowed in your region. You have bee warned, are solely responsible for determining the legality of the use.
Log Data
I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in case of an error in the app, it log
data and information on your phone under following path:
/sd-card/compass/jack-compass-crashlog.txt.
This Log Data may include information such as your devices's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name,
operating system version, configuration of the app when utilising my Service, the time and date
of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your devices's internal memory.
This Services does not uses these "cookies" explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collection information and to improve their services.
